At our family Christmas party, we were in charge of desserts. We were baking all day long before the party. And there were tons of leftovers. which of course we consumed no problem.
These treats are delicious! I just wanted to put them all in the same place so it's easier for me to get to the recipes later.


this is my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe! it's the best!

My grandpa tells the funniest story about this dessert.
One time, my grandma made it and Lew took a bite and said this kind of tastes funny.
She said 'Oh Lew, shut up and eat it'
which I'm sure he did.
Turns out it somehow had broken glass in it.

Layer 1:
1 ½ c AP flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 c finely chopped pecans
1 ½ c AP flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened

Mix well, press into 9×13 pan. Bake at 325 for 25 min. Cool.
Layer 2:
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioners sugar
1 c (from 9oz container…reserve remaining) cool whip
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioners sugar

Blend and spread over Layer 1.
Layer 3:
1 (3 ¾ oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 ¾ oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding
4 c cold milk
1 (3 ¾ oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 ¾ oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding
4 c cold milk
Beat 2 minutes and spread over Layer 2. Top with remaining Cool Whip and grated chocolate. Refrigerate for up to 2 days.

This is the best dessert hands down!! I can never get enough of it!
