German ( ? ) pancakes

I'm some-part German, 

I lived in Germany, and yet...

I have never had German pancakes. 

This is my mom's recipe, 

but I'm pretty sure

she never made them for us.

And I never saw them in 

 Deutschland. 

Don't know why they are called...

German Pancakes

1 C flour

1 T sugar

1/4 t salt

4 eggs

1 C milk

Mix dry ingredients and then blend in the wet ingredients.

Oven 425

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in 9 x 13 pan

Pour batter in hot pan

Bake 20 min
